2.3 Information from third parties

If you interact with our ads or content on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn, those platforms may share aggregated or contact data with us — for example, through native lead generation forms — subject to their own policies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political beliefs, biometrics, racial origin or sexual orientation). Please do not send it to us. When we work with clients in regulated sectors — healthcare practices, for example — our contracts expressly state that we do not access, store or process patient information.

3. What we use your data for

Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):

  1. Responding to your inquiry and assessing whether we are a good fit for your business.
  2. Delivering our services: strategy, content creation, paid campaign management and testing, web design and development, and reporting.
  3. Invoicing, collections, and meeting our tax and accounting obligations.
  4. Preventing fraud and misuse of the Site.

Secondary purposes (you may opt out without affecting the services we provide):

  1. Sending you commercial communications (newsletters, case studies, webinar invitations), always with an unsubscribe option.
  2. Measuring and optimizing our own marketing: understanding which ads, creatives and funnels drive results, and building custom or lookalike audiences on advertising platforms.
  3. Featuring projects and results in our portfolio, with your prior authorization where your brand is identified.

If you do not want us to use your data for the secondary purposes, email marketing@mionko.com telling us which ones you object to.

4. Who we share your data with (transfers)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Technology providers that allow us to operate: hosting, CRM and automation, email marketing, scheduling, analytics, cloud storage, e-signature and communication tools.
  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and others), for conversion measurement and audience targeting.
  • Professional advisors (accounting, legal) under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Competent authorities, where a legal obligation or valid request exists.

Several of these providers are located outside Mexico, primarily in the United States and the European Union, which means your data may be transferred internationally. In those cases we require appropriate contractual safeguards, in line with Articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Leads that do not move forward: up to 24 months from last contact.
  • Clients: for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years afterward, to meet accounting and tax obligations in Mexico.
  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: according to each tool’s retention period, typically up to 26 months.

After those periods, we delete or anonymize the information.
